This Creator Agreement Summary (“Agreement”) outlines the key terms applicable to creators (“Creator”, “you”) who participate in campaigns, collaborations, challenges, or projects facilitated by UGCfy, operated by Creator Navigator.

By onboarding, submitting content, or participating in any campaign, you agree to these terms.

1. CREATOR ELIGIBILITY

• Creator onboarding is approved strictly on a case-by-case basis.

• There is no age restriction for joining or participating.

• Financial payouts may require additional verification as per applicable laws.

UGCfy reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove any creator without obligation to disclose reasons.

2. CREATOR ONBOARDING

Creators may join UGCfy through:

• Website forms

• WhatsApp onboarding

• Instagram direct messages

• Manual shortlisting or referrals

UGCfy may approve, pause, or remove creators at its sole discretion.

3. CAMPAIGN PARTICIPATION

• Onboarding does not guarantee selection for any campaign.

• Campaign participation depends on:

  • Brand requirements

  • Creator suitability

  • Campaign capacity

• Creators may participate in multiple campaigns only if permitted under specific campaign rules.

4. CONTENT CREATION OBLIGATIONS

Creators agree that all content must:

• Be original and created by the creator

• Follow the brand brief and instructions

• Be free from copyright or trademark violations

• Not contain illegal, misleading, or offensive material

5. REVISIONS & MODIFICATIONS

• Limited revisions may be requested.

• The number of revisions and scope depend on the specific campaign terms.

• Excessive or unpaid revisions are not guaranteed.

6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USAGE

• Content ownership, licensing, and usage rights vary by campaign.

• Unless otherwise specified:

  • Creators retain original ownership

  • Brands receive usage rights as per campaign terms

• UGCfy may use creator content for:

  • Portfolio showcase

  • Website and social media

  • Promotional and marketing purposes

7. PAYMENTS, REWARDS & GIFTS

Creator compensation may include:

• Fixed payouts

• Performance-based payouts

• Rewards, gifts, or incentives

• A combination of the above

Payment terms, amounts, and timelines are campaign-specific.

8. PAYOUT CONDITIONS

• Payouts are released only after:

  • Successful content submission

  • Review and approval

  • Compliance with campaign guidelines

• UGCfy may withhold payouts in cases of:

  • Fraud

  • Fake or plagiarized content

  • Policy or guideline violations

9. TAXES & TDS

• Creator Navigator (CN) may deduct applicable TDS or taxes as required by law.

• CN shall file and remit such taxes to the government where applicable.

• Creators are responsible for understanding their personal tax obligations beyond deductions.

10. EXCLUSIVITY & BRAND CONFLICTS

• Creators may work with competing brands only if permitted by campaign terms.

• Certain campaigns may impose exclusivity during or after execution.

11. MISCONDUCT & TERMINATION

UGCfy may suspend or remove creators for:

• Fake submissions

• Missed deadlines

• Misrepresentation

• Violation of campaign or platform policies

Such actions may result in forfeiture of payouts or rewards.

12. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

Creators consent to receive communication via:

• WhatsApp

• Email

• Instagram or other social platforms

This includes campaign updates, instructions, and announcements.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UGCfy shall not be liable for:

• Loss of income

• Platform algorithm changes

• Third-party platform actions

• Indirect or consequential damages

14. MODIFICATIONS

UGCfy may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance.
