REWARDS & GIFTS RECEIVING POLICY

UGCfy – A Sub-Brand of Creator Navigator

This Rewards & Gifts Receiving Process (“Policy”) governs the distribution of rewards, gifts, incentives, and prizes offered through campaigns, challenges, contests, or collaborations conducted by UGCfy, operated by Creator Navigator.

By participating in any UGCfy campaign, users agree to this Policy.

1. TYPES OF REWARDS

UGCfy may offer, depending on the campaign:

  • Cash rewards

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Physical gifts or hampers

  • Brand products

  • Digital rewards

  • A combination of the above

The nature and value of rewards shall be defined in the respective campaign details.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REWARDS

  • Rewards are granted strictly as per campaign-specific rules.

  • Only participants who meet eligibility criteria and comply with guidelines shall be considered.

  • Participation alone does not guarantee receipt of any reward.

3. VERIFICATION & COMPLIANCE

Before releasing any reward, UGCfy may require:

  • Identity verification

  • Address confirmation (for physical rewards)

  • Content authenticity verification

  • Compliance and policy checks

Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of rewards.

4. REWARD PROCESSING TIMELINES

  • Reward processing timelines are estimated and variable.

  • Delays may occur due to:

    • Verification requirements

    • Courier partners

    • External dependencies

  • Such delays do not constitute breach or liability.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (PHYSICAL REWARDS)

  • Physical rewards are dispatched via third-party courier partners.

  • Once dispatched, delivery is subject to courier timelines and logistics.

  • UGCfy shall not be liable for delays, damages, or losses occurring after dispatch.

6. FAILED OR DELAYED DELIVERY

In cases of failed delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The resolution shall be handled on a case-by-case basis.
UGCfy is not obligated to re-ship or replace the reward.

7. CASH & MONETARY REWARDS

  • Cash rewards require valid bank or UPI details.

  • Applicable TDS or taxes may be deducted as per law.

  • Creator Navigator (CN) shall file or remit such taxes to the government where required.

  • UGCfy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout details.

8. NON-TRANSFERABILITY & NO EXCHANGE

All rewards:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Are non-exchangeable

  • Are non-refundable

No substitution or cash alternative is permitted unless explicitly stated.

9. FRAUD, MISUSE & VIOLATIONS

If reward eligibility is obtained through:

  • Fake or plagiarized content

  • Manipulation of entries or metrics

  • Violation of campaign or platform policies

UGCfy reserves the right to:

  • Cancel rewards

  • Disqualify the participant

  • Blacklist from future campaigns

10. NO CASH ALTERNATIVE

Rewards do not carry any cash alternative unless expressly mentioned in the campaign terms.

11. FINAL AUTHORITY

UGCfy retains sole and final authority to:

  • Decide eligibility

  • Approve or cancel rewards

  • Resolve reward-related disputes

All decisions are final and binding.

12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

UGCfy may modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
